y luego pedí verlo

y lo acababan de operar y estaba saliendole la anestesia y pase a ahcerle reiki y pasarle símbolos y le codifiqué el agua y le expliqué a daniel el asistente de pablo lo que eran y cómo darlo y hacer que creciera el agua para que no se le acabara mientras se mejora

Renacer

Me siento ahora a crear esta entrada porque en realidad ayer tuve una experiencia sumamente impresionante en la cita con Elsa.

Desde el domingo no me venía sintiendo bien, ya que hablé con Gui sobre K y su situación de salud, para ese momento se sabía que tenía cita el martes y para ese día no logré hablar con Gui, pero sí con K por Msn... ella me contó un poco cómo estaba el asunto, en ese momento me confirmó que efectivamente tiene una infección en el injerto de hueso que le habían hecho hace muchos años... a partir de ahí, empecé a llorar... Ya desde el domingo había comenzado con un resfrío repentino en la noche, el martes fui a yoguita para sacarme toda la pega e irme de limpia, pero además empeoró muchísimo el resfrío y además con clara necesidad de llorar... en ese momento entendí la razón de mi resfrío... lloré mientras chateaba con ella (siendo miércoles) y mientras mandaba correos como desesperada para cadenas de oración y de sanación, la metí en todo lado que pude luego de pedir su permiso, como estaba muy mal yo, me limité a pedirle ayuda en lugar de enviarle nada yo... viví el sufrimiento profundo de todo lo que me removía, que todavía ni sabía...

Todo el miércoles lo pasé sumamente triste y fuimos en la noche al dojo, que en realidad no me despejó mucho... no podía ignorar mi tristeza... la sentía encima mío, adentro mío, YO FUI TRISTEZA!!! a lo que en realidad siempre le he tenido pánico! pero bueno ese día en realidad me permití sentirla y tenerla y que me invadiera... luego de escuchar las palabras de mi amiga L que siempre me lee la mente quien me confirmó que era eso precisamente lo que necesitaba hacer en ese momento, no desidenttificarme, sino más bien vivirla al 100% y de verdad que me fui en ese ride--- con mucho susto... pero lo logré! luego de volver del dojo al irme a acostar A se quedó con el gordo para pasar la noche con él y me fui a acostar, y no pude dejar de llorar... y seguí llorando y llorando y gimiendo, y retorciéndome y todo esto mientras al mismo tiempo observaba todo lo que sucedía... en mi cuerpo físico... en mi cabeza... en mi mente... en mis pensamietnos... en mis sensaciones... usé mi propiocepción para sentir cada vibración de cada fibra interna de tejido... cada clonación... cada respiración, que me costaba inhalar... que me costaba exhalar... que por más que quería poder respirar profundo me era imposible! simplemente IMPOSIBLE! QUE DOLOR!!!!! ME MUERO! qué caiga el EGO! que caiga!!!! quiero la muerte de mi EGO! por favor ayúdenme a que se de si esto! NECESITO AYUDA! a todos les pido ayuda, en esta oscuridad tan amenazante!!! a mis ángeles a mis guías a todos!!!!

Seguí llorando... al rato llegó A, me acompañó a llorar. Durante la llorada, me vinieron varias imágenes y al mismo tiempo recordé una de las citas con Elsa de la posible razón por la cual yo he tenido la desconexión con mis piernas y se logró averiguar que existía la posibilidad que hubieran sido amputas en una vida pasada... además esto explicando la relación con LS y porqué la cuido como hija... CLARO!!!! ya entiendo porqué esta situación de K me pone como me pone... si todo ese dolor no es por lo que le puede pasar a ella, es por lo que me pasó a mí hace mucho tiempo! yo estoy llorando por mis piernas! y era un llanto de desesperación, injusticia, dolor, rabia, frustración y resignación! todo mezclado!!!

Finalmente logré dormirme... al día siguiente no me sentia muy bien que digamos... pero estaba más tranquila, o más bloqueada... no sé con certeza, posiblemente ambas... pero definitivamente decidida a ir a yoga al mediodía, el día anterior en una conversación corta con JP le había comentando un poco al respecto, por lo que me daba mucha tranquilidad y seguridad puesto que sabía que realmente mi práctica de ese día iba a estar encausada a trabajar con eso... y que cualquier cosa que sintiera yo necesario hacer para trabajarlo que lo podía hacer puesto que nadie me iba a decir nada ni nada, sólo me iban a dejar SER... así que me fui a yoga...

En yoga la clase estuvo muy fuerte desde el principio, fue muy tribal, con mucho sonido y vibración... con música de Reina Clara de fondo con sus sonidos masajeando nuestros cuerpos, haciendo que nuetsra vibración se acelerara y yo sentía que cada célula vibraba desde lo más profundo de mi Ser! Bailé... Lloré más... Grité... Sufrí! Gemí! pero salí con siete kilos menos de como entré! pero aún sumamente triste... en realidad más triste... me tuve que quedar un rato haciendo tiempo en el estudio para poder sentirme lo suficientemente enraizada como para poder manejar porque me sentía que estaba completamente desconectada y flotando y con el cuerpo de luz completamente expuesto... así que me centré un poco y me pasé símbolos y reiki y me protegí para poder llegar bien donde Elsa, ya que tenía sesión con ella...

Me pregunta-- Y cómo estás? suficiente como para con una actitud corporal medio moverle los hombros encorvados hacia el frente y un par de amenazantes lágrimas en mis córneas y que me dijera qué pasó? y casi no lograr verbalizar... así que nos fuimos para el consultorio...

Y comencé a contarle toda la situación familiar, todo lo que sé que tengo que soltar, lograr soltar y que de momento no he podido... la situación económica.. la situación con profundidad de las casas... y eso nos llevó a entrever que al final T es como un pulpo con muchos tentáculos donde cada uno de los miembros es una extensión de sí mismo, con ausencia de voluntad propia... por los mandatos familiares y los contratos preestablecidos... luego de esa parte se habló de las cartas que se pueden tomar en el asunto y de las cosas que deben de aclararse para que se enderezcan las situaciones...

Se habló de la situación de K y de cómo me ha afectado a mí y de mi tristeza que se detona a raíz de esa situación y le comento a Elsa más o menos las imágenes que vi la noche anterior cuando estaba llorando...

Question: I’ve received many emails from readers asking why haven’t you addressed the 2012 issue yet?

Beloved Brothers and Sisters of Earth, we of the Higher Realms are in great joy witnessing the new Gaia being born. This is the first time a whole planet attempt to duplicate itself into a higher plane of existence in your solar system. The duplication is the first step on Gaia’s ascension process, and although is not complete yet, we believe it will be accomplished soon. The second step is the separation of the two planets; this step could be compared to cell reproduction. In the case of cells, the process is Mitosis, and the original cell divides itself into two complete new cells that are identical to the original one. In Gaia’s case the process is more like Meiosis, being the cells created by this process not identical to the original cells. In your density this is apply especially to females’ bodies.

The duplication process of a whole planet takes around 9 of your years to complete, while the separation will occur in a split second. At the end of the Galactic cycle, Gaia will have a very short period of time during which the separation must occur. Once this process is completed, the new Gaia will exist in 5^th density, while the old Gaia will remain in 3^rd density. That is why there is so much confusion about what is going to happen in the year 2012. Some individuals say catastrophe, some say ascension, and others say nothing will happen. And they are all right.

The year 2012 cannot be understood if observed only from the third-density point of view, because in fact it is a multi-dimensional/ galactic alignment happening at all consciousness levels, from where the spreading of a stream of electrons, protons, etc will occur, due to their mutual electrostatic repulsion. The total amount of flux spreading is an infinite volume at any point of the vector field, and its manifestation/ result is determinate by the net flow of consciousness in a given region of the vector field.

This means that there will be many different outcomes from the same event. Everything depends of the vibratory rate of your consciousness, meaning every individual will experience a different outcome.

Some will experience catastrophe, some will experience ascension, and others will experience nothing at all. Two individuals will experience the same outcome only when their consciousness vibrates at the same rate, because when two individuals focus their awareness on the same part of the consciousness’ energetic spectrum, they become contemporaries, they are no longer separate by the illusion of space and time.

To understand this concept, first you have to understand that you are a multi-dimensional being living simultaneously in thousands of superimposed parallel planes of existence.

Many of you are able to sense this, but many think they have one ‘main-self’ (the one who is reading right now) and all the ‘other-selves’ are less real. When in fact your consciousness is equally distributed in all your-selves, making all of them your ‘main-self’.

With every single decision you make, you redirect your awareness into one of your thousands-self. When this happens, you don’t feel anything at all, but you –literarily- have moved into another world. Everything will look as it was ten minutes ago, you will be living in the same house, married to the same person, working at the same place, etc. but from a vibrational point of view, all that things are totally new, since you are now living in a new world.

The superimposed parallel universes model was designed by the Creator with the purpose of enriching your soul experience, now it is up to your free will to decide which one of yourselves will attend the 2012 shift with full awareness.

For example, you and your neighbor will not have the same experience. Each of you will continue living in different Earths. All those who do not have the same vibratory rate than you, will simply vanish from your reality. That is why most of the ‘mass predictions’ made lately do not happen, because a prediction is made at a specific point in the vector field, where the predictor awareness is integrated with his/her consciousness, but a second later he/she, and most important, you have shifted your awareness into another-self, and now you are living in another parallel timeline, where the predicted outcome will not occur.

Your awareness is what determinates in which timeline you exist right now, and your beliefs is what fix the awareness in certain portion of the timeline.

If you believe that the year 2012 marks the end of humankind, then you will experience some kind of ending. On the other hand, if you believe that in 2012 the ascension harvest will begin, then you will experience some kind of beginning.

Remember, your thought-pattern creates feelings, your feelings creates emotions, and your emotions create your reality.

Queridos maestros, la mayoría de la humanidad ha olvidado que dentro de las Leyes Universales hay un derecho dado por Dios el cual permite a cada ser humano reclamar la habilidad para comunicarse con los maestros ascendidos y los grandes seres de los reinos superiores. La comunicación interna es una coparticipació n de pensamientos sin palabras o sonidos. Este es su estado natural de ser. Sin embargo, hay prerrequisitos y condiciones que deben de ser obtenidos antes de que puedan acceder a las rutas aéreas telepáticas universales.

Mientras están en su pirámide de luz en la quinta dimensión, pidan a sus guardianes, guías y ayudantes angélicos que se unan a ustedes allí. Estando en el mundo pero no de este, es una de las verdades más importantes que un maestro en ciernes debe aprender y aplicar.

Su meta principal es regresar a un espectro aceptado de dualidad, por medio del cual su firma energética esté vibrando en un patrón de frecuencia armoniosa la cual sea compatible con la parte media o superior de la cuarta dimensión. Este es el nivel requerido de frecuencias armoniosas necesitadas para conectar hacia el poder y magia de la Flama Violeta transmutadora y comenzar a acceder y a usar una medida completa de partículas Adamantinas de la Luz del Creador. Esta luz tiene consciencia; y mientras la asimilan y la activan con su intención amorosa, el regalo de consciencia superior es suyo para usarlo y compartirlo. Nunca lo olviden, esta Luz del Creador es su línea de vida hacia TODO LO QUE ES.

El mundo interior está lleno con magia, asombro y acceso a habilidades que está más allá de su imaginación. Han pasado mucho más tiempo en una realidad no física que el que han pasado en un cuerpo físico. No podemos enfatizar suficientemente cuán importante es la respiración en reclamar su naturaleza divina. No la respiración superficial que la mayoría de la gente en la Tierra ha aceptado como la forma apropiada para respirar. Este tipo de respiración superficial ha resultado en muchos síntomas debilitantes y enfermedades, asimismo limitando su insumo de Esencia Divina, el cual es crítico para su bienestar y la reclamación de su vehículo de Luz. Hemos explicado y enfatizado la Respiración Infinita, la Respiración Acordeón y cuán importante es la práctica de respirar con intención. La Respiración Infinita puede ser llamada la Respiración de Ascensión, porque esta alinea sus chacras galácticos con su vehículo físico y abre el regreso de corredores hacia las dimensiones superiores. Acelera el proceso de construcción de su vehículo ascendente de luz llamado Mercaba. Cuando es practicada regularmente, esta técnica energiza su forma corporal y mejora su salud, ya que ella suplirá su cuerpo físico con las partículas radiantes de la Luz de Dios necesitadas para el funcionamiento óptimo y longevidad. En orden de conseguir el ritmo en este tipo de respiración, en el principio, pueden desear inhalar contando cinco o siete, sostener la inhalación la misma cuenta, exhalar contando cinco o siete y sostener la misma cuenta hasta que se sientan a gusto con el proceso. Sin embargo, los patrones vibratorios de las otras personas están todavía en la forma original discordante que fueron creados durante la interacción negativa entre las partes involucradas. No podemos transformar su energía negativa; ellos tienen que hacerlo por sí mismos. Deben volverse conscientes de la consciencia de su cuerpo físico mientras su Cuerpo Elemental se despierta por decirlo así. A Shift in Time

For several days now and into the new time matrix you will be experiencing shifts on all levels of your being-ness. You may be noticing that the time in your mind and body do not necessarily correlate with the time on earth...you may be experiencing intermitten portals of eternity, moments by which time seems to extend into infinity, coupled with a drop back into 3d dimensional perceptions of polarization and time that is rapidly speeding up.

This fluctuation is normal and to be expected for the actual time of the planet is shifting into greater awareness of universal time. All who participate on the new universal timeline will be consciously affected by this transition while anchoring more permanently into infinity time, or neutral scalar wave patterning.

Most of these changes are being prompted by the entrance into the galactic 6th night, as documented in the sacred Mayan calendar, however the portal of 11:11:11 is precipitating the shift required to align with the new frequencies of the 9th level of the galactic underworld and time-coded experience.

The most important thing to realize from this recent shift is that the amount of time that you work with presently is only a fraction of the real time encodement that you will be working with in the future. This is why you are seemingly able to accomplish great tasks in short periods of recorded time on clear days of alignment with the new timeline, and on days of wading thru 3d dimensional polarity consciousness, time escapes you.

What is happening on a higher level is profound. Let us explain.

The earth and sun are rotating at rates that are unfamiliar to earth scientists at present. There is a shift in the rotation from the solar sun to the great central sun which will change the course of history and time as it is presently understood.

This time shift precipitates the shift in consciousness that will begin to transmit new frequencies to the planet and her people and will cause for a great stir in the global community. This information is such that most scientists will have already disregarded their theories of time and space which will consequently open the doorway to more expanded concepts than the present linear understandings.

In this transition, there is a centrifuge of energy that will begin to disrupt the earths electromagnetic field. This magnetic field is one of great importance to the human populace for it holds the realm of information in place that connects individual human thought to the central mainframe of global consciousness.

The ramifications of this galactic shift will be heralded as miraculous, however, there will be some confusion as to why the earths magnetic field is changing. There will of course be talk of pole shifts, by which this is not the case, however there IS a field of energy dynamics that will alter the magnitude of the poles temporarily. As the earth comes to rely upon the full radiance of the great central sun, this shift will eventually end the earths reliance upon the solar sun as we know it, while simultaneously precipitating a dimensional parting of holographic reality matrices.

The Separation of Realities

The prophesied time for the separation of realities has been talked about in various spiritual circles and communities of new thought, however, is mostly misunderstood. The separation of worlds as you will come to experience, is not a physical separation, but a separation in consciousness. This will however lead to a seeming segregation of sorts, in that the communities of like mind will begin to come together, rather they will gravitate toward one another. As this happens, those who are operating on the new timeline, that of the emanations from the great central sun, will begin to step fully into their ascended or Christed consciousness.

Earth is shifting in this manner so it can effectively spin out the proper vibrational outputs and filter levels of consciousness in groups for the purposes of coming together and creating a new earth. In the interim, there will be a period of transition and it will be for the new galactic-centered wayshowers, those of ascended consciousness and activated divine blueprints who will lead the next level brigades, or groups of awakening souls, into their proper vibrational vortices.

This means gatherings of many kinds... the gathering of awakened heart-centered souls who will come together for the purposes of reuniting in the physical, but also for the purposes of easing the transition for the next wave of awakening souls. It will also be a time of gathering for the new wave of warrior souls here to dismantle the next level of outworn systems, as well as the reuniting of many twin souls, either thru existing relationships or new relationships. In either case, these relationships will feel well worn and it will be clear that you have come together to create a cosmic wave of love of and source connectivity to ripple out into the universe thru the purified vibrations of bliss.

Birthing the New Children

Through the 11:11:11 gateway portal, and the merging of masculine and feminine energy codes within the high heart, the time will arrive for many twin souls to activate the sacred triad of evolving consciousness thru unification, procreation and the birth of highly evolved souls to enter the new galactic time zone. This act of procreation will be the result of a much higher level of love and those with new earth contracts to serve through child rearing will now begin to fully align with this knowing on all levels and as the awareness is activated with great desire in the coming days.

Keep in mind that those who have contracted to serve humanity in this way will come in all forms, not just in the traditional sense. If you are one who has been called to participate in birthing or raising the new children, know that many miracles will align to make the impossible, possible.

For those who are more likely to procreate in the traditional sense, there will be support available thru non-traditional, or alternative modalities that will be coming into your awareness to provide a source of comfort and guidance on conscious parenting and how to support and nurture these highly evolved souls both thru pregnancy and child rearing. For some, this will be a well understood and natural process, but for many, assistance will be needed, and therefore available.

We would also like to make it known that the first wave of wayshowers will be entering into a much needed time of respite and will therefore require some downtime to bask and nurture themselves and each other prior to the consideration of extending their immediate family. Please realize that if you are being called to parent, the timing for each evolved soul to enter the world is unique and based on the firm foundation of new earth supports in and around the hosts' sphere.

This is not to say that you will be experiencing a lag time, quite contrarily, you will be experiencing time to play in the new earth energies, to master the manifestation of your full potential as fully embodied souls and to nourish the richness of your new life and new beginnings. On this we say...keep abreast of your desires, those things that feel good to you in each moment, and you will know well your every next step.

Building the New Earth

We would now like to quickly touch upon the roles of those of you here to begin building the new earth communities and structures and to inform each of you that the time for gathering is nigh.

The next several months and into the new Gregorian calendar year will be for those of you on the new galactic time line to begin meeting with and preparing to implement your gifts of expertise.

For those who have a role to play in bridging the new earth reality structures with the old paradigm structures, you will be nudged to begin the preparations and groundwork for the new systems of light... from the planning stages to the implementation and building stages. Those of you with activated contracts are here to provide those ideas and revolutionary concepts that you have been nurturing to those who are ready to step outside of linear thinking and into the new ways of quantum creation.

As the old systems begin to crumble more rapidly, you will be called upon, thru seemingly serendipitous meetings and events, to share your ideas and radiance with those who will be supporting you in your endeavors.

The first of which will be the construction of physical way stations, intermediate plans for existing structures and systems to weave into the integrated systems of interconnectivity and based on the concept of wholism. This time period will be confusing at best and many will require your spiritual mastery along with your masterful skill to implement these new systems of dependence as the earth shifts from polar to non-polarized living.

Interconnectivity and unity consciousness will be the way of the new earth and the path that all those who wish to rise to the occasion must follow. There are strong advocates for many systems of sustainable living that are ripe and ready for the implementation phase, for those of you who have been waiting for the green light, your plans are soon to be welcomed with open arms.

It is also noteworthy to mention that the ways of sustainability will be vast and varied, and each system design will depend wholly on the creators who envision them. It is not a future of homogenization and sameness at the fore, but a future of infinite possibility based solely on human imagination. In this way, earth will eventually become a magical sphere of pure potentiality and creative expression. Fear not for the inaccessibility of your hearts desire.... where there is a will, there will be a way.

1. Feeling as though you are in a pressure cooker or in intense
energy; feeling stress. Remember, you are adjusting to a higher
vibration and you will eventually adjust. Old patterns, behaviours
and beliefs are also being pushed to the surface. There is a lot
going on inside of you.

2. A feeling of disorientation; not knowing where you are; a
loss of a sense of place. You are not in 3D anymore, as you
have moved or in the process of moving into the higher realms.

3. Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your
body. You are purifying and releasing blocked energy vibrating
at 3D, while you are vibrating in a higher dimension.

4. Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m. Much is going on in
your dream state. You can't be there for long lengths of time
and need a break. This is also the 'cleansing and releasing' hour.

5. Memory loss. A great abundance of short term memory loss
and only vague remembrances of your past. You are in more
than one dimension at a time, and going back and forth as part
of the transition, you are experiencing a 'disconnect' . Also, your
past is part of the Old, and the Old is forever gone. Being in the
Now is the way of the New World.

6. 'Seeing' and 'hearing' things. You are experiencing different
dimensions as you transition, all according to how sensitive you
are and how you are wired.

7. Loss of identity. You try to access the Old you, but it is no
longer there. You may not know who you are looking at in the
mirror. You have cleared much of your old patterns and are now
embodying much more light and a simpler, more purified divine
you. All is in order, You are okay.

8. Feeling 'out of body'. You may feel as though someone is
talking, but it is not you. This is our natural defence mechanism
of survival when we are under acute stress or feeling traumatized
or out of control. Your body is going through a lot and you may
not want to be in it. My ascension guide told me that this was a
way of easing the transition process, and that I did not need to
experience what my body was going through. This only lasted
a short time. It passes.

9. Periods of deep sleeping. You are resting from all the
acclimating and are integrating, as well as building up for the
next phase.

10. Heightened sensitivities to your surroundings. Crowds, noise,
foods, TV, other human voices and various other stimulations are
barely tolerable. You also overwhelm very easily and become
easily overstimulated. You are tuning up. Know that this will
eventually pass.

11. You don't feel like doing anything. You are in a rest period,
'rebooting'. Your body knows what it needs. In addition, when
you begin reaching the higher realms, 'doing' and 'making things
happen' becomes obsolete as the New energies support the
feminine of basking, receiving, creating, self-care and nurturing.
Ask the Universe to 'bring' you what you want while you are
enjoying yourself and having fun.

12. An intolerance for lower vibrational things of the 3D,
reflected in conversations, attitudes, societal structures, healing
modalities, etc. They literally make you feel 'sick' inside. You
are in a higher vibration and your energies are no longer in
alignment. You are being 'pushed, to move forward; to 'be' and
create the New.

13. A loss of desire for food. Your body is adjusting to a new,
higher state of being. Also, part of you does not want to be here
anymore in the Old.

14. A sudden disappearance of friends, activities, habits, jobs and
residences. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and
these people and surroundings no longer match your vibration.
The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better.

15. You absolutely cannot do certain things anymore. When
you try to do your usual routine and activities, it feels downright
awful. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these
people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The
New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better.

16. Days of extreme fatigue. Your body is losing density and
going through intense restructuring.

17. A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of low
blood sugar. Weight gain, especially in the abdominal area. A
craving for protein. You are requiring an enormous amount of
fuel for this ascension process. Weight gain with an inability
to loose it no matter what you do is one of the most typical
experiences. Trust that your body knows what it is doing.

18. Experiencing emotional ups and downs; weeping. Our
emotions are our outlet for release, and we are releasing a lot.

19. A wanting to go Home, as if everything is over and you don't
belong here anymore. We are returning to Source. Everything
is over, but many of us are staying to experience and create the
New World. Also, our old plans for coming have been completed.

20. Feeling you are going insane, or must be developing a
mental illness of some sort. You are rapidly experiencing several
dimensions and greatly opening. Much is available to you now.
You are just not used to it. Your awareness has been heightened
and your barriers are gone. This will pass and you will eventually
feel very at Home like you have never felt before, as Home is now here.

21. Anxiety and panic. Your ego is losing much of itself and is
afraid. Your system is also on overload. Things are happening to
you that you may not understand. You are also losing behaviour
patterns of a lower vibration that you developed for survival in
3D. This may make you feel vulnerable and powerless. These
patterns and behaviours you are losing are not needed in the
higher realms. This will pass and you will eventually feel so
much love, safety and unity. Just wait.

22. Depression. The outer world may not be in alignment with
the New, higher vibrational you. It doesn't feel so good out there.
You are also releasing lower, darker energies and you are 'seeing'
through them. Hang in there.

23. Vivid, wild and sometimes violent dreams. You are releasing
many, many lifetimes of lower vibrational energy. Many are
now reporting that they are experiencing beautiful dreams.
Your dream state will eventually improve and you will enjoy it
again. Some experience this releasing while awake. My mother
commented one day that she believed I was having nightmares
in the daytime.

24. Night sweats and hot flashes. Your body is 'heating' up as
it burns off residue.

25. Your plans suddenly change in mid-stream and go in a
completely different direction. Your soul is balancing out your
energy. It usually feels great in this new direction, as your soul
knows more than you do. It is breaking your 'rut' choices and
vibration.

26. You have created a situation that seems like your worst
nightmare, with many 'worst nightmare' aspects to it. Your soul
is guiding you into 'stretching' into aspects of yourself where
you were lacking, or into 'toning down' aspects where you had
an overabundance. Your energy is just balancing itself. Finding
your way to peace through this situation is the test you have set
up for yourself. This is your journey, and your soul would not
have set it up if you weren't ready. You are the one who finds
your way out and you will. Looking back, you will have gratitude
for the experience and be a different person.

tomando en cuenta los últimos dos posts de mi blog, empiezo a comprender todo este asunto de que marbe se atrasó una semana completa para devolverse de nicaragua, de hecho viene hasta el próximo lunes o si no, el martes... pero ese tiempo corresponde a los primeros 10 días de enero y coincide con que son las vacaciones que le dieron a Andy, y no está Cuco ni Marbe, o sea, el cuidado de Julián está exclusivamente a nuestra responsabilidad, que al final de cuentas somos con quienes viene él a trabajar en esta vida... lo que significa que estamos en todo un proceso de ascensión especial entre nosotros tres como clan, esto es lo que estoy entendiendo a la hora de leer esta info que me llegaron los links a mi correo y fue lo único que no borré de todo lo que había entrado... hoy pude experimentar super fuerte todo el asunto de la abrumación de emociones, es simplemente una sobre intensificación de la emoción pero luego que pasa la tormenta experimenté una calma inceíble, sin embargo, todavía estoy pegadilla en el brete de soltar el control, de no racionalizar tanto... si no, que logro dejarme llevar más ahora en el momento en el que esta sucediendo todo y luego al rato cuando ya estoy en frío es que empiezo a ver lo que sucedió y a recordar de lo que sentí y entonces se me aclaran muchas cosas, algunas veces esto me sucede cuando viene Lau y mantenemos nuestras conversaciones de horas, otras veces me pasa cuando voy en el carro con Andy y Juli, y vamos tranquilamente compartiendo nuestro silencio colectivo mientras disfrutamos de la música de fondo de las compilaciones de Andy de música, otras veces me corre como una especie de película antes de acostarme, cuando hago el recuento del día para agradecer todo!!! aunque he caído en cuenta que de muchos meses para acá el agradecer durante el día las pequeñas asistencias que me dan los seres de luz a mi alrededor en el diario vivir es una práctica constante, lo cual me hace muy feliz!!!

guille me regaló unos libros de filosofía tántrica para navidad y son los libros que juli cada vez que los ve los ojea... los abre y se pone a hacer que los lee... me parece muy vacilón verlo así de identificado con los libros de tantra, pero no con los libros de yoga tradicionales tipo yoga clásico...

Energy Shifts, Dimensional Shifts, Reality Shifts, Oh My!

Many of you are feeling the swirling energies of anxiousness, uncertainty, irritation, aggravation and disruption. Possibly there are other emotions and feeling as well, but these seem to be the most prevalent right now. We have heard your voices. You wonder when this is ever going to stop or when are you going to feel stabilized or balanced. So many of you feel you have been traveling this road for so long and are tired of the changes and the disruptions. You just want to relax, feel good and be happy. We want to assist you and help you understand what is happening and why it is happening. Also, we want to describe the new ways of being that are appearing. So here we go!

Energy shifts, dimensional shifts and reality shifts are now occurring regularly. Over the last few months you have completed a very large shift from the old reality to the new reality. In the past we have called the old reality the third dimension and the new reality the fourth dimension. You have firmly rooted yourself in the fourth dimension, and many of you are now moving into the fifth dimensional reality. But we caution you that to put names on these realities is of little consequence. What really matters is understanding that you are moving very rapidly now, or perhaps another way to say this is that you are increasing your vibration much more rapidly and are moving into new spaces that match your newly increased vibration. We would like you to think of these energy shifts in the way that when you shift your own personal energy, then you will shift your environment or space to match your new frequency.

Because you have begun creating your communities and reconnecting to those individuals that are a part of your soul family, you are shifting your vibrations with much greater frequency and you are making larger shifts. This is because you are moving back together and there is more power in the whole. As you know, you are a part of the whole. You are not an individual, but are in an individual body. Your energy that is inside that body is part of the whole. As you move back together, you will find that you are able to come more fully into alignment with Source energy and move closer in vibration to Source energy. That is the definition of what you call ascension, moving back into and fully aligning with source energy.

As you move through the process of shifting from one reality to another or dramatically increasing your vibration, you will find that your physical form may experience some challenges along the way. Your energy has the ability to shift very quickly, but your physical body needs time to adjust to your new vibration. So here is our first suggestion at allowing these changes to occur easily. You must allow yourself the time that your form needs to catch up. By this, we mean be patient. We do understand that each and every one of you wants to move through these changes as quickly as possible. But because you want to move quickly, you do not give your body the time it needs to adjust. We've told you this before. Slowing down will actually help you to speed up. Because you push yourself to get through these experiences, you are actually pushing against the change. You are creating quite a bit of resistance, and the end result is that you feel miserable, your body aches, your mind is all over the place and you do not know what is happening to you. We want you to recognize when you are going through a large energetic leap and acknowledge that. Then give yourself permission to let it occur as slowly as your physical form needs it to occur. Allow it to occur naturally, please do not try to power yourself through it. The simple act of letting go, giving yourself permission to allow the change to happen at the pace your body can integrate it easily and without physical disruption will help you to move through these changes without experiencing the rebound effect. Or perhaps you can more easily identify it if we call it the "whammy effect."

Now, the next piece of advice is to realize that these changes are going to continue to occur. You are creator beings. That means you will continue to create, and the higher you vibrate the more you create. The more you create, the more opportunities you have to increase your vibration. The more you increase your vibration, the more you will realize that you are shifting your reality. It is a perpetual state of being, and it is all very exciting.

When you are getting ready to move through a shift of energy, you will see and feel the opposite of what the shift will bring first. By that we mean, you experience the opposite of the energy you are bringing in or shifting into before the actually shift happens. That is just how your universe operates. You can create this in a very dramatic way, or you can allow it to be created in a very easy way. When you recognize that some resistance is occurring, you often bring more attention to that resistance by naming it, talking about it, trying to figure out why it is happening, and so on. The more you talk about it and bring attention to it, the more dramatically you create it. We suggest that when you recognize that a little resistance is ocurring in your reality, you simply acknowledge that it is happening, you feel grateful for it and then let it go. Please don't pay attention to it. Just move yourself into a place where you feel comfortable and happy. By letting it go and not analyzing it any further, you will allow it to move through you in a very simple and free flowing way. And even better, it will move through you quickly without expansion. You see that when you notice any resistance, you have a tendency to talk about it, tell people about and attack it in a way that you draw attention to it. And it expands. We would prefer you expand something else. Wouldn't you? Pay attention to and talk about other things that you really want to expand. This is the genius to being a conscious creator. Create what you want and ALLOW the things you don't want to evaporate. It is truly genius!

What energy and experiences can we expect in January 2010?

Expansion. This month brings an expanding, new energy. While the energy is new, it will appear as an expansion of what you have already begun. You have been in a cycle – as humans you are always in a cycle. This is part of the cycle where you experience the expansion that comes after release. You may feel that release has occurred so everything is finally getting bigger. You may feel as if you can see everything from above and get new information on your own life this month.

You will find that many truths come to the surface that were previously unclear. You could sense these things were true intuitively, and you had a feeling there was something going on. Finally you will find evidence for what you suspected, and you will find the picture coming together.

Many of you will find a sense of relief this month but many, many, many of you will be overwhelmed -- overwhelmed with new information, overwhelmed with the gravity of information or overwhelmed by the emotions that arise for you in regard to information. Be gentle and patient with yourselves. This is a time for observing what you feel and what occurs in your life. Look and learn.

The primary energy this is month is a sense of expansion. This energy is reflected in the archetype of Jupiter or of the Mother Goddess. There is a sense of something that is big enough to hold you but also big enough to challenge you. This month brings an unusually high number of Spirit Guides, Angels, Enlightened Teachers and Masters into the world. It is like you, as a human race, have gone through your work and done what you needed to do to prepare to receive a much larger number of Spirit Guides and Loved Ones from the higher realms.

Those of you who are sensitive to energy are going to find that you can feel like this world just got really crowded. Of course Spirit Beings do not take up any space, but you are likely to feel as if you are more surrounded than ever by Love and Light and the presence of Divine Beings who are here to help you.

This is an excellent month for those of you who are interested in increasing your intuition to tune in and begin to sense the presence of Angels and other Divine Beings. Look for evidence of them in your lives. They indeed are all around you. Every single one of you is surrounded by Love. Their presence this month should be unmistakable. Even if you are not interested in pursuing that clairvoyance, know in your heart that, more than ever, you are supported by the most loving, tender, caring Beings you can imagine.

This month may call for healing to be done as a result of the intensity of December and the expansion of January. Many of you are likely to have things arise that need to be healed. They may be physical, emotional or psychological. Some of you may even need a form of energetic healing. This is a very important time for you to take good care of your bodies and to support you immune systems. We refer to both your physical immune system inside your physical body, but also the social and energetic immune systems. These include ways that you mentally and emotionally discern what presence in your life is healthy and what presence is foreign and uninvited. It includes the way that you fight off or reject and create protection for yourselves around those unwanted presences.

This is a very important time for you to be more mindful than ever about whom you spend time with. Ensure that you spend as much time as you can with those people and those experiences the feed your soul and that you bolster the spiritual or energetic immune system that helps you discern or notice danger and respond by walking away from the situation or by creating energetic protection for yourself.

How can we best work with the energy this month?

In addition to what has been given, it will serve you to tune into the energy of Goddess of the Divine Feminine. Allow yourself a sense of being held by a loving mother. In whatever image, whatever mythology, whatever practices you want to engage are fine here as long as you are tuning into a sense that you are surrounded by the Divine Feminine and by Love. Specifically this month it will serve you to practice Love for yourself and specifically practice that Love by recognizing when you need help and asking for help.

At the very least, this should be done in regard to spiritual help. Any form of prayer, meditation or any other practice that puts you in the practice of acknowledging and asking for the help of spirit guides and divine beings will serve you. Calling in your angels is a perfect thing to do this month. It will serve you to imagine you are a baby being held by a loving mother each night as you fall asleep. This will open you to that Love all night, and develop space in your psyche to carry it with you through the daytime.

It will serve you to work toward loving yourself so much that you automatically assume that you deserve help and therefore you feel completely at ease in asking for help. Know that depending on people's issues and the struggles that they are going through on their own, they may or may not be able to offer help in exactly the way you have asked for it. But the process of asking for the help is enough to eventually lead you to what you need so that you may ask for help this month and find that the person does not respond in the way that you had hoped, but trust that request was sent into the world and by making that request you opened yourself to receiving the help and then look for how the help you need arrives in one way or another. It always arrives. Some people say every prayer is answered and that is true. This is a good time for you to ask for help and then to trust and open yourself to the form that help arrives in. Trust that the help will come in the most enlightened and most useful way possible, even if it is not in the form you expected!

Are there any power days that we should be aware of this month?

January 7 is like a spark. You may find that this day goes by really quickly and it may not have gone the way that you planned. That is okay. There is a lot of energy coming in on January 7 and some of you may be so overwhelmed by this energy that you just sleep through it. This is an important time to take really good care of your bodies. It is almost as if all of you are acting like lightning rods on January 7. If you do not stabilize yourself and take care of your physical self, you may find that you get energetically “knocked over.” Many of you may have a headache or some other kind of illness on this day, or many of you may find it either necessary or difficult to sleep. Either way, just know that this is an important day but it is not going to make sense. Just like a flash of lightning, it comes and it goes but its imprint will remain and you can make sense of it later.

January 12 is also an important day. This is day when the big picture can really come together for you. When you can take a lot of moving pieces in your life and see how they connect. This is an excellent time for journaling, having conversations, doing anything you can do to flush out the information that you have acquired and to put the pieces together so that you can see a new picture emerging.

January 17 - 19 is a very productive time. It is a high-speed time. It is a time of collaboration and this is a time when you may find that you feel activated -- as if things you have been waiting for or you have been unclear about for a long time suddenly come into view. Many of you will be inspired to reach out to others and work together with others. This is a great time to plan meetings with people to plan on collaborative projects or shared creative endeavors.

January 25 appears like a revolving door. It is not flying around, it is a grounded energy, but it is a a turning point. This is a good day to take a broad view of your life and to make any directional changes you feel you need to. Reorient yourselves according to what has become true for you over the course of this month so far.

Is there anything else the Keepers want to tell us about January 2010?

There is a sense this month of galaxies and stars and a wider, broader universe and there is a sense of tremendous Love available this month. For those of you who have been drawn to extra-terrestrial information, know that you may very well encounter more of that this month than you usually do. Not all of you will be drawn to or able to sense extra-terrestrial information, and there is nothing wrong with you if you do not (or if you do!).

For those of you who do experience extra-terrestrial energy, know that there is more contact available this month than usual. There is nothing to fear -- there is incredible Love available this month. The Love that is opening this month is just going to embrace you like a mother. You may feel overwhelmed but a lot of that big energy that feels overwhelming ultimately will prove itself to be a very Loving and useful presence.

In February you are going to find Love has been downloaded into you in January. During January as the download is occurring, you will simply feel overwhelmed by all of the new information. In February, you will have the opportunity to take that Love and pull it out from within you and begin to use it. In February you will have so many opportunities to connect with other people, to connect with animals and the natural world, to connect with everything around you through a bigger, deeper heart center. For now, in January, just trust that loving energy, keep looking for it and finding ways to surrender to it. Ground yourself in your physical body and take good care of your body, mind, and spirit.
